Dr. Michale Matthew - Group CEO & Founder
With over 32 years of cross-industry experience, Dr. Michale Matthew has established herself as a respected leader in oil trading, offshore logistics, alternative energy, and financial modeling. She began her career in banking and finance before rising to become Group Commercial Director at Transcorp Plc and later serving as Business Development Head at UBA. Her proven expertise spans global energy markets, strategic project origination, and large-scale infrastructure development.
As the Founder and Group CEO of MPD Group, Dr. Michale brings a rare combination of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and visionary leadership. She is committed to building systems and partnerships that not only drive profitability but also advance Africa’s long-term growth story. Under her leadership, MPD Group has expanded across energy, trade, infrastructure, and finance earning a reputation for integrity, innovation, and sustainable impact.
